Guthrie - The Daily Oklahoma State Capitol, November 4, 1893, - From the Chickasaw Chieftain:
"Meat, young Cheyenne, son of Old Crow set a line of type while in the Chieftain Office - showed considerable knowledge of printing trade learned while at Carlisle...."Of course, since he got back in his tribe they will compel him to be an Indian again, or make his life wretched.  A few months from now he will probably refuse to speak English altogether.
